Chapter 1775: No Room for Failure

Khebury, South City Abandoned School, was the target location for tonight's operation.

The first step of the plan required Athena to be distracted.

Felix took care of this matter and instructed Mr. Ball to lead a large group of people in a sudden firefight. After Vicki's investigations

in various territories, it was confirmed that the recent armed robbery in the city center was indeed orchestrated by OGW, and

OGW's goal was to create panic and turmoil in Khebury. Using this point, Vicki delved deeper and found a base closely related to

OGW.

Vicki and Mr. Ball pretended to engage in a fierce battle with OGW. The purpose was simple: to distract Cloud's forces and divert

Athena's attention.

decided to take charge. She couldn't afford any mistakes in Khebury.

Athena brought her trusted subordinates and left the seaside villa in the middle of the night.

She left behind a few people to guard the villa.

Meanwhile, Luther finally got the chance he had been waiting for. He stood up abruptly and began to take action.

First, he used the electromagnetic pulse metal rod that Joyce had given him.

The true power of this metal rod lay in its ability to emit electromagnetic pulses, causing circuit malfunctions, interruptions in

shortwave communication, burning out fuses, breaking down insulation layers, shutting down wireless control devices, and

disabling alarm control systems within a radius of a hundred meters.

Originally, Joyce had given it to him for self-defense.

As all the electrical appliances around him malfunctioned and even the lights went out, the entire seaside villa fell into silent

After driving for less than ten kilometers, he abandoned the car on the roadside and switched to another vehicle that Aaron had

prepared in advance. This way, he could effectively avoid satellite tracking.

While changing the car, Luther carried Alisha to the other vehicle, making snoise in the process.

This caused Alisha to wake up from her sleep.

She opened her eyes and found herself lying in a strange car. She rubbed her eyes and sat up, feeling a bit scared.

Luther started the car and glanced at Alisha, noticing that she had awakened.

He reached out and gently comforted her. "Awake? Go back to sleep."

Alisha looked around and, when she saw Luther, she felt a bit relieved. She still felt a hint of fear. "Daddy, where are you taking me

in the middle of the night? What about Mommy? Why isn't she with us?"

This fear stemmed from instinct because Athena often instilled in her the idea of being wary of Daddy secretly taking her away,

and then she would never see Mommy again.

And the current situation made Alisha cautious.

Luther patted Alisha's shoulder gently. "Alisha, Daddy is taking you to see a doctor. You might need a small surgery, but after this

treatment, you will fully recover. Don't be afraid of the pain, there will be anesthesia, and you won't feel a thing. Daddy will be by

your side the whole time."

Alisha looked around, feeling slightly relieved when she saw Luther. However, she still felt a hint of fear. "Daddy, why is the surgery

being done at night? Why can't Mommy be with me? | want Mommy."
