Chapter 203 When Tiffany walked out of the hospital after the ultrasound, Vincent's car was waiting for her as expected. She pulled the door open after walking over and was immediately hit with the smell of cigarettes. Tiffany asked in surprise, "You smoke?" She had been in Lewis Group for more than six months and never once had she seen Vincent smoking. He had always kept himself clean and fresh. She had never smelled cigarettes on him before. After a short pause, Vincent hummed in response. He rolled the windows down and switched on air purification in the car. After a moment, the smell vanished.
He drove out of the hospital and went straight to Atwood University. Neither one of them said a word during the journey.

"You're back, Tiff," Madeline said. When she saw Vincent in the car, she greeted him excitedly, "Mr. Lewis, long tno see." Vincent politely got out of the car and nodded slightly, greeting, "Good day, Ma'am." Madeline tried peeking into the car. "Isn't your secretary here with you? I've asked my niece, and she's willing to give it a try. If possible, could you giveyour secretary's number?" Frowning, Vincent replied, "I'm afraid not." "Why not?" "He's already dating someone." Madeline was horribly disappointed as she asked, "What? So fast?" Vincent glanced at Tiffany and said, "Many people are attracted to talented individuals. If you're too late in your advances, they'll be snatched up by others. That's just how it is." Tiffany had no response to that. Why did she feel like he was hinting at her? Regardless, Tiffany went upstairs and headed straight to her balcony. Downstairs, Vincent remained standing beside his car as Madeline was ranting to him about her niece's love life.
Suddenly, Vincent looked up at Tiffany as though he had sensed her gaze. It scared Tiffany into ducking below the railings. She had no idea whether he saw her. She placed a hand over her chest as sweat beaded on her forehead.
Just then, her phone began ringing. Tiffany pulled her phone out and saw that it was Mandy calling. When the call went through, Mandy's whimpers rang out.
Tiffany was dumbstruck.
"Tiffany, I feel horrible right now. My heart is shattered. This is awful!" complained Mandy. She slurred and sobbed between sentences. Tiffany could hear her gulping occasionally. en Tiffany asked, "Have you gotten drunk again?" IMS Mandy clearly wasn't processing Tiffany's words as she kept spewing nonsense and crying.
