Chapter 5533
Heather and Ambrose startled at the words, turning their heads to see what was going on.
"Crap, they've found us." "Let's go. We have to find that baby."
As they spoke, Ambrose tugged at Heather's hand as he summoned his internal energy
and sped up.
Quickly enough, they reached the peak of the mountain. The child was right there,
surrounded by a few large rocks to prevent it from rolling down.
Whew...
Seeing as the child was fine, Ambrose and Heather exchanged a glance as they both let
out sighs of relief.
Following that, Heather strode over quickly to hold the baby in her arms." There there,
we're here now..." As she spoke, tears streamed from her face uncontrollably as she
thought of Morticia's tragic death.
It was also then that the soldiers had found them on the peak of the mountain, and soared
over. They stopped short at the sight of the baby in Heather's arms.

approaching the pair.
"A baby?" "Must be spawn of the Hidden Hero Sect. Kill it too.”
The soldiers wielded their weapons, launching into an attack against Ambrose and
Heather.
Motherf*cker...
Ambrose's gaze grew bloodshot at the sight. He raised an arm, clenching the Tyrant
Hammer tightly in his fist before stepping in front of Heather.
"Leave now, Heather. I'll hold them back."
Upon saying the words, Ambrose met the attacks head on.
How would Heather ever have the heart to do that? "Be careful, Brother Ambrose..." She
clutched the baby tightly in her arms, shouting the words with all her might.
Clang clang clang...
In the blink of an eye, Ambrose had gone through a good number of exchanges with the
soldiers. He had been able to use the Tyrant Hammer to his advantage at the start, but
eventually the pressure got to him.
After all, he had been gravely wounded by Antigonus, and had not recovered yet.
Quickly enough, one of the soldiers slashed through Ambrose's back. He let out a piercing
howl, fresh blood spraying from the wound as he stumble backwards and his face paled
even more.
"Brother Ambrose..." Heather cried out as tears poured down her face. She wanted
nothing more than to rush over to fight by Darryl's side, but hesitated at the thought of
the baby's safety. 3
Ambrose knew what she was thinking about immediately, and gripped the Tyrant Hammer
tightly as he croaked out, "Please don't come over, Heather. Please get out of here,
please..."
Ambrose was beside himself with panic then. He would not be able to hold up for much
longer, and the only thing he could do was hold the soldiers back while Heather escaped.
He caught sight of the rocks, and an idea came to him. "Remember that formation I taught
you, Heather? Quick, use these rocks to form it. Quickly...
Follow on Novᴇl-Onlinᴇ.cᴏmAmbrose did not grow up by Darryl's side, but had inherited Darryl's gifts. Upon becoming
Sect Master of the Elysium Gate he had poured his focus into studying and bettering his
skills, and knew more than a thing or two about formations.
Ambrose had taught Heather a few simple formations during their free time at the Hidden
Hero Sect in the past few months. This was why the idea of using a formation instantly
came to his mind at the sight of the rocks.
After all, these were only a few soldiers. A simple formation would be more than enough to
take care of them.
Alright!
Heather wiped her tears off hurriedly, before beginning to move the rocks in the shape of
the formation.
"Trying to use a formation on us? Oh, you're so silly."
Just then, the soldiers' expressions were nothing but disdained as they launched into
attack onto Ambrose once again.
Ambrose did not waste any words, gritting his teeth to meet the attacks.

Debra was on her way back to the battlefield, with helping Rachelle out in mind when she
was firmly surrounded by Godly Region soldiers.
