Chapter 5375
As the words rang through the air, Zacho leaped into midair, soaring onto the clearing by
the entrance.
Sam followed closely behind.
Huh?
Upon landing in the clearing, both men stopped short. They could clearly sense that
someone was in the cave, and it seemed like they were cultivating.
How could someone be cultivating in a place so closed off?
The next second, both men exchanged glances before walking in slowly.
Him?
Barely a few steps in, Zacho and Sam stopped short at the sight before them.
All that could be seen was a figure sitting on a large rock inside. His hair fell across his
shoulders wildly, and his clothes were a mess as he radiated a powerful aura.
It was Adam.
Upon a few seconds of stunned silence, Sam was the first to respond. He said in a low
voice to Zacho, "Master, I heard that the sect master of the True Flame Sect went missing
this morning. The True Flame Sect pupils have been searching high and low for him. I can't

me guess... Was there something huge that happened within the True Flame Sect?"
Zacho shook his head as he whispered, "Let's not speak about other people's affairs."
As he spoke, Zacho cleared his throat as he waved a hand at Adam with a smile. "Master
Adam! I can't believe we're bumping into each other again so soon."
To tell the truth, Zacho would not usually pay members of smaller sects much mind.
However, seeing as Adam was extremely skilled, and it was agreed upon by all of the
wanderers in the world, he thought it was probably best to play nice.
Adam remained sat where he was, unresponsive.
Whew...
Zacho frowned to himself in silent displeasure. How dare Adam act all high and mighty
with him? Did Adam really think the True Flame Sect was on the same level as Zacho was?
Sam was even more angered, roaring at Adam angrily, "Hey, my master's talking to you!
Why aren't you responding to him? Haven't you got any manners?"
Adam's eyes flew open just as the words rang through the air. He stared Sam dead in the
eye, his gaze bloodshot and terrifying.
Sam got the fright of his life and drew his long sword instinctively.
Zacho asked in a shocked tone, "Master Adam, what...
What's the problem?"
Adam did not respond. He stared at Zacho for a few seconds before laughing loudly
suddenly.
"Darryl Darby, you're laughing at me again, aren't you? I'm telling you, there's no way I'll
let you usurp my Art of Grand Brightness again when I re-cultivate, and we duel all over
again... Haha! Just you wait..."
Adam had completely lost it then, and had entirely mistaken Zacho for Darryl.
Huh?
At the sight, Zacho frowned to himself. Had Adam gone crazy? From the looks of it, it
seemed to be because of Darryl.
At the same time, Sam returned to his senses as well. He whispered, ”1 think he's gone
insane, Master. It seems that Darryl Darby was the one to make him lose it. No wonder the
True Flame Sect's been looking for him since last night."
Zacho nodded silently, signaling for Sam to not say anything further.
The next second, Zacho imitated Darryl's speaking tone as he flashed Adam a smile. "You
sure are a good man, Master Adam. I'll wait for you to re-cultivate, and we'll have a

As he spoke, Zacho was smiling while his eyes flashed murderously.
Zacho seemed like a gentleman on the surface but was actually rather cunning and
conniving. He was incredibly passionate about learning the ultimate skill of different sects,
and he had long since had an eye for the Art of Grand Brightness from the True Flame
Sect.
Zacho finally had the chance to take advantage of the fact that Adam had gone crazy. He
was going to go all out.
He had thought it through. Since Adam had thought he was Darryl, he would play along
and find the right time to kill Adam. Then, he would steal the secret of the Art of Grand
Brightness.
Just then, Zacho brought Sam outside the cave.
Sam was perplexed. ' Master? Adam's gone crazy. Why are we still being so polite? Also,
why didn't you clear things up when he mistook you for Darryl Darby?"
Zacho smiled lightly, saying slowly, "He's gone mad.
Explaining would just be a waste of time. Also, this is the perfect chance for us to snatch
the Art of Grand Brightness."
