Chapter 4684
Whatever. She should unblock her acupoint before anything else.
Morticia exhaled a sigh of relief before turning her attention to the stone dungeon.
The only thing visible was that the dungeon was once a natural stone cave. At the other
end of the dungeon, a massive hole the size of a barrel snaked downward in a tube
straight into the ocean.
Perfect!
Morticia felt a glimmer of optimism after discovering the tunnel when she was stopped
short once again.
She could only see fierce currents gathered at the end of the tunnel where it met the
ocean. No one would survive that if they were sucked into the tunnel.
She was done for.
Her hope was extinguished once again.
Morticia was hopeless and exhausted.
Suddenly, she heard footsteps from the outside. It was obvious that some people were on
their way toward her cell, and quite a few of them too.
’Your Majesty has issued orders to keep a closer eye on that cell." ’Alright!"
Morticia bit her lower lip in response to the words. She made a bold decision in her mind
at the time. With the number of guards added, she would have a better chance of

escaping by jumping down the tube. There might still be a chance at survival if she did
that.
Morticia took a deep breath before plunging into the pit in one rapid motion, having made
her decision.
The currents enveloped Morticia as soon as she made contact with the water. Morticia's
strength was barely a tenth of her full power, and she could barely move.
Morticia had lost all her strength to the swirling, overwhelming currents around her in a
matter of seconds, as her vision dimmed at the corners.
Would she die like that?
It was so unfair.
At least dying in the ocean would be better than dying at the hands of those people.
Morticia finally succumbed to the tide and lost consciousness, and the ocean currents
dragged her body away.
Over on another end!
Stella had arrived at the Dragon Element Formation with the four Scope brothers.
Huh?
Stella's brow furrowed at the sight of the entirely barren shore free of any people. She
cocked her head in the direction of her brothers. "What happened to that old Blanc man
you mentioned?"
The four brothers exchanged glances with each other before slowly piping up.
’I think he must've left." "The Dragon Element Formation's impossible to get through. He
can't have passed through it." "And I thought that old geezer was noble; it looks like he
backed down at the last second. What a loser."
Stella could not hear the brothers since they were speaking over each other. Instead, she
looked around, hoping to locate something. The mystery woman was powerful; the man
would never give up so easily.
Soon enough, Stella was able to spot something in the woods. She stopped short at the
sight.
She saw an elderly man in a pool of blood at the border of the Dragon Element Formation.
His chest had been impaled by a gigantic wooden arrow, his complexion ghostly white. It
was clear that he was dead and had been for a while.
It was none other than the Blanc clan's Head Elder, Francis Blanc.
Was he dead?
Stella frowned to herself. Her exquisite features remained unchanged otherwise-
emotionless.
The Dragon Element Formation was not just an impossible maze, but it was also riddled
with numerous hidden traps. Francis had clearly attempted to break in and thus had set
off one of the traps.

The four brothers stopped short at the sight of Francis Blanc's corpse.
"The old geezer really did come in." ’Damn, what a pity he died."
Stella frowned. Then, she said, "That's enough. Get him out of there, and bury his body."
Even though the man had broken into the Dragon Element Formation and gone against
the Ice Fire Island rules, he was still an elderly man, and it was only respectful to bury him
properly.
The four brothers called out in acknowledgment. They walked in and carried Francis' body
out.
Then, they heard sounds from the sea.
Stella and the four brothers looked toward the sea. The sight that met them brought them
to a halt.
They saw a few ships moving toward the island. The ships were packed with people, all
dressed in white. They were all members of the Blanc clan, as were the elders.
Since Yarl had escaped, the Blanc clan members had remained at the same spot waiting
for news. It had been quite a while, but there had been no sign of Morticia or Francis.
They had all raced to the Ice Fire Island on the advice of the elders.
"Junior Sister!"
First Scope was the first to react. "That's them."
