Chapter 4129
Whew!
Darryl struggled to stand as he slowly walked to the stone door and tried to push it open.
When he made contact with the spell lining the door, a sharp bloody ray of light shot out. Darryl felt an enormous force
come down upon him, which sent him flying.
"Ugh..." Darryl landed against the wall as blood sprayed from his mouth. His vision darkened. The impact almost knocked
him out.
Motherf*cker!
Darryl gritted his teeth, wiping the blood from the corner of his mouth. He stared at the seal on the door in shock and rage.
The fiend folks’ seals were that powerful?
He would not be able to break the seal as long as his fairy soul had not recovered. Would he die there?
Just as Darryl pondered that in increasing agony, someone pushed the door open. A slim figure walked into the room. She
had delicate features but with an icy expression all over them.
It was one of the twelve Fiend Martyrs, Morticia.

It was undeniable that Morticia was a beautiful woman. Darryl had been shocked by her
looks when he first saw her, and when he saw her up close, it confirmed his opinions that
she had a charm about her.
She dripped with charisma and confidence, clad in skin-tight red and black armor that
hugged her figure.
Darryl gulped when she approached him.
It was a shame that such a beautiful woman belonged to the fiend race.
Suddenly, Morticia raised her hand. She brought it down swiftly upon his face in a slap.
The slap came out of nowhere, and Darryl barely had time to react to it. It made a crisp
sound and sent him stumbling back into the wall.
F*ck!
Darryl clutched his face as his brain buzzed. His head felt like it would explode.
Morticia was ruthless. She had hit him at first sight. Would she pull out her knife if he
opened his mouth to speak?
Morticia glowered at Darryl, disgust in her gaze. "Stop looking at me like that, you
despicable human being, or I'll dig your eyeballs out!" 1
She said those words monotonously, devoid of any emotion.
Darryl was merely a prisoner, and she found it absolutely blasphemous for a prisoner to
look at her that way.
However, Darryl did not fear Morticia's coldness. He sighed and said," Fiend Martyr
Morticia, that's a little unfair of you. It’s not my fault that your plan to blackmail the Nine
Heaven Emperor did not work, but you're taking out your anger on me."
Darryl appeared helpless as he said, "For someone with a title as grand as the Nine
Heaven Sage, I don’t really have much power in the Godly Region. It was a useless effort
to use me as blackmail material."
Morticia furrowed her eyebrows. "At least you're aware of your worth."
"While we’re on that, the Honorable Archfiend Antigonus was going to execute you, but I

What?
Darryl startled. He frowned at Morticia, confused.
The Fiend Martyr had saved him?
Darryl asked, "Why? Do tell me."
Morticia cracked a smile as she stared at Darryl. "Simple. You shall be loyal to me and only me, starting from now onward!"
As she spoke, Morticia stared at him coldly.
The air in the stone room grew thick with tension.
'So you wanted me to submit to you.'
Darryl smiled to himself as he stared at Morticia. "I may only be a human being, but I have my principles. I refuse to
fraternize with the fiend race, but thank you for your favor!" 1
As soon as he spoke those words, Morticia raised her hand to bring another slap on Darryl's face!
F*ck!
Anger flared in Darryl immediately. However, his fairy soul had not recovered, so he was still too weak to retaliate.
Darryl forced a smile. He swallowed his anger and said, "I'm just a prisoner, Honorable Fiend Martyr. Must you be so harsh?
What would people say?"
