Chapter 3402
Barclay was similarly shocked. He had a clearer understanding of what was really going on than his subordinates.
It might not seem like it, but it was taking all he had to defend himself against Darryl's attack, what was even
more shocking was the fact that Darryl was two times faster than him.
'How could it be? He's only a saint king. How could he be that strong?'
Both of them punched simultaneously, and the impact was more than what Barclay could withstand. He gasped
and found it difficult to stand, so he took a few steps backward. As for Darryl, he was still as calm and stable as
ever.
Barclay's expression became twisted after steadying himself. He fixed his gaze at Darryl and wanted to speak but
felt as if there was something stuck in his throat. Jesse and the rest of the patrol guards became dumbfounded—

Impossible! Barclay was a saint honor, after all!
Darryl smirked at Barclay. "I told you so. The fact is you're no match for me. Do you still
wish to continue?"
Barclay had never felt humiliation like that before. With a roar, he rushed toward Darryl
again.
Darryl shook his head and muttered, "Don't you know when to give up? I have no patience
left for you."
Suddenly, intense saint energy burst forth from within Darryl's body—he had advanced to
lower saint honor. His vibe became completely different from before. He was no longer a
saint king. During the fight with Barclay, he had a new understanding of saint energy and,
because of that, successfully broke through to a new level. Therefore, he did not want to
waste any more time on that useless fight.
Darryl’s powerful aura made everyone feel suffocated. Darryl's newfound power
dumbfounded Barclay, Jesse, and the rest of the patrol guards.
'He was a saint king just a moment ago. How did he suddenly become a saint honor?'
'Is he using the fight to level up?'
Barclay stared at Darryl with unblinking eyes. He was utterly rendered speechless. 'Did he
really break through after our fight? Is he even human?'
Darryl made his way to Barclay. "You've lost. As the captain of the patrol guards, I daresay

Barclay's expression changed drastically upon hearing that. He took a deep breath, bowed his head, and in a
respectful tone said, " Boss."
He had kept his part of the deal even though it took a lot out of him. Keeping his word was less humiliating than
not holding his end of the bargain. He never expected things would come to that.
Darryl nodded satisfactorily. "That'll do. Now take your men and leave. Remember to keep your attitude in check
the next time I see you." Then, he turned to leave.
Barclay stared daggers at Darryl's retreating figure. 'Just you wait, Darren Derby. I will make you pay ten times
over for what you did to me today.' 3
After a while, Darryl had successfully sneaked into the Queen's room. He encountered no problems at all as the
security was lax during the daytime.
