| smirked and walked toward Petra and Grayson, saying with a smile, "Welcome, Petra, Grayson!"
Petra and Grayson looked atwith complicated eyes. Neither of them spoke.
Their reactions seemed really strange, so | raised my eyebrows and asked, "Are you both feeling unwell?"
Petra smiled stiffly. "You're really beautiful today, Wanda. Even all of the women in the room combined can't
compare to your beauty.”
| furrowed my brows.
Was she praisingor teasing me?
It did not sound like she was teasing me, though. However, she did not seem like a person who would say the
second half of the sentence.
| cast my gaze down and chuckled slightly. "Thanks for the compliment, Petra."
After a pause, | continued, "I don't see Cindy with you. | s she still in the hospital?"
