Seren couldn’t shake the feeling that she was dealing with someone well above her pay grade. Having
rubbed elbows with the high and mighty, the lawyer Mara chose must be more skilled than the one she

After ending the call, Seren let out a long sigh of relief. Then, she was back online, scrolling through the
