down yet. His nerves relaxed a bit, and he looked back at Ellinor. He was in no mood for banter. “Quit fooling
around. You and Tristan need to leave now. You can’t let Sophia’s father see you. Go!”
Ellinor suppressed a smile. “What’s there to be afraid of?”
Her nonchalant attitude made Marcus a bit anxious. “I’m not joking with you right now!”
Ellinor smiled. “I know. Don’t worry; I have it under control.”
