Behind the group, Gilbert stood with his men and observed as Theodore ambushed Leon and Iris.

“Sir, Miss Iris is in trouble. Should we interfere?” One of the men asked

“It’s fine. Theodore seems to be after Leon, so I don’t think he would do anything to Iris. Let’s sit back

and observe. If Theodore dares to lay his hands on Iris, we’ll stop him,” Gilbert said hesitantly.

In a distance, Gilbert’s expression darkened when he heard Iris admitting to her relationship with Leon.
