Chapter 247 He Had Gotten His Retribution

On the way home, Julian sat quietly in the car. He didn't say a word. His originally deep eyes kept staring at the

world outside the window. He wanted to see a bit of light, but no matter how hard he tried, his world was still pitch

black!

His eyes were filled with darkness. Other than the constant sounds of cars reminding him of the time, he couldn't

see anything! How he wished that the current him was just having a nightmare!

you want to eat?"

Julian did not expect that not only did she not leave, she even helped him tidy up the desk. He leaned his body into

the leather chair and closed his eyes tiredly. "Go ahead and eat. I don't want to eat anything!"

"But everyone is waiting for you. . ."

"Then go down and bring me and your food up. I want to eat here! You accompany me.”

actually told her that her son was going to have dinner!

Daphne immediately prepared dinner for her son personally. She packed some more dishes and put them on the

tray along with Ruby's. She let Ruby carry it upstairs.

Looking at the back of this girl, Daphne was still a little worried as she chased to the second floor and called Ruby to

stop.

"Ruby, during this period of time, concentrate on serving the Young Master. I see that he does not reject you. If he

has anything he wants to eat. . . Tell me. If his attitude towards you is too much, don't take it to heart. Okay?"

Daphne was a smart person. Before Julian went blind, she had already smelled the unusual atmosphere between

to worry about anything.

Because Ruby fed him dinner, Julian ate very well. He even ate all the food. Daphne looked at the plate that Ruby

carried down and praised Ruby happily.

When Vivian heard Daphne's words, she curled her lips in disdain.

This night, Julian really could not bear it. He prepared to return to his and Vivian's bedroom to sleep. Ruby helped

him to the side of the bed and to sit down before quickly leaving the room.

Vivian looked at the door of the room and closed it. Lying on the bed and looking at Julian on the other side, she

said slowly, "I think you should go to your little lover's place to sleep. If you wake up in middle of the night, I will not

help you to go to the bathroom!"

In the past, Julian was healthy. But now he could not see anything. If he woke up in the middle of the night, she

didn't want to wake up in middle of her sleep with her big belly before taking him to the bathroom.

"Help me to the bathroom? Isn't it what you should do? Come over and help me take off my clothes!" Hearing

Vivian's words, Julian's heart was filled with indescribable anger. He deliberately ordered her to come and help him.

"You can't see it with your eyes, and it's not like your hands and feet are broken. You want me to help you take off

Ruby did not say anything. She supported him into her room and took him to the bedside to sit down. She helped

him take off his clothes and helped him lie down in the bed before lying down beside him.

Once Ruby laid down, Julian reached out and hugged her. He gently placed his chin on top of her head and looked

at the boundless darkness in front of him and said faintly. "Ruby, I'm sorry. Can you forgive me?"

"Young Master. . ." Ruby moved in his arms. She did not understand why he suddenly wanted to say such words to

her.
