"Take care of Estelle, that's all you need to worry about. As for me, mind your own business."
Elijah didn't appreciate the cold shoulder, but Dominic let it slide without furtherment.
The dinner party was going smoothly until, fashionably late, Brittany made her entrance.
And she wasn't alone.
Apanying her was Willard, dressed in a sharp white tuxedo, his demeanor gentle and polite, standing next to Brittany as if
they were a match made in heaven.
Elijah, never one to shy away from stirring the pot, quipped, "I've been hearing rumors lately. Willard and Brittany, huh? They've
been seen together quite a bit, haven't they?"
"Ran into each other a few times, or so I've heard," Dominic sighed, reminiscing, "It's a shabout Brittany and Zac... They were
so good together."
After Isaac was gone, life went on for everyone.

Even Brittany had started seeing new people.
But no one could blher, nor did anyone have the right to expect her to wait for Isaac forever. Especially since, to her, Isaac
had be nothing more than a name, barely even a stranger.
Isaac caught a glimpse of them together at the dinner and felt a fleeting pang of... something, before it disappeared.
Elijah kept an eye on Isaac, curious about his reaction.
But Isaac remained unfazed, as if he had never known them.
Raising an eyebrow, Elijah found the situation increasingly amusing.
"Ms. Lte, my friend's over there. Why don't we go over and say hi?" Willard had bumped into Brittany on his way to the event,
which is why they arrived together.
Brittany spotted Isaac in the crowd, knew he was upset, and shook her head, "No, you go ahead."
Willard, slightly disappointed but understanding, left Brittany to catch up with Ysabel, and the two hit it off instantly.
"I heard Saskia got kicked out of the Lte family?" Ysabel couldn't believe Saskia had almost ruined Brittany's efforts with her
schemes.
"Yes."
"Saskia's not a concern, and neither is the Brandt family behind her," Ysabel confidently stated, believing Brittany could easily
handle Saskia if she wanted to.
"For now, I'm leaving Saskia alone."
Brittany's focus was on her career now, not on settling scores with Saskia.
Ysabel agreed and then brought up Willard, "I thought you and Willard had met a few times. What happened?"
"Willard's great, but there's no spark."
Just as Brittany was about to admit she had no feelings for Willard, she caught Isaac's dark expression.

Feeling awkward under his gaze, she quickly clarified, "Willard's just not my type."
Isaac paused, then turned and walked away.
Realizing she might have pushed him too far, Brittany excused herself from Ysabel, claiming she felt unwell, and chased after
Isaac.
Ysabel watched her leave, thinking how Brittany's guilty demeanor resembled that of a caught cheating spouse at a gala.
Outside, the hallway was deserted. Brittany arrived too late; Isaac was nowhere to be found.
Just as she wasing to terms with her feelings for him, craving every moment together, she found herself missing him even
more due to his busy schedule and their need for secrecy.
Feeling dejected, she turned to leave, only to be suddenly enveloped in a strong embrace. Before she knew it, she was lifted off her
feet, enveloped in a familiar and impatient scent.
"You cwith Willard?"
Isaac's voice was laced with frustration.
As the unofficial husband, unable to attend the dinner with Brittany, it irked him that Willard had stepped in his place.
