Chapter 311 Moving In
Even with Elias around, Amanda stayed in the ward the whole night. She was laying down
on the couch getting ready to sleep, but then she saw Aiden clinging onto Elias. He was
holding Elias’ hand and asking him to tell a bedtime story, and it made her jealous. Alright,
I’m not going to watch this. I don’t want to frustrate myself. She closed her eyes and tried
to sleep. She had stayed up late for a few days, and it was taxing.
Upon arriving at Winters Estate, Rosie looked around. She dreamed of moving into this
place in the past, and now she could finally stay here. There was no way she could ever
come into this place in the past. Elias wouldn’t even give her a single look, but now she
could come and go as she pleased.

The butler came. “Hello, Miss Momsey. The hot spring is ready. You may use it now.”
“I see. Rosie nodded and followed the butler to the hot spring. She asked, “Has Elias ever
used the hot spring here?”

The butler thought she found it disgusting, so he said, “We changed out the water.

Rosie said, “You don’t have to change. I’m the guest here, so I’ll do whatever the host
does. I can’t ask you guys to cater to me. I’m just borrowing the place for a bit.
The butler said nothing. Once he brought Rosie to the hot spring, he left, and only one
maid was left behind to take care of Rosie.
Looking at the open-air hot spring, a smile curled Rosie’s lip. I wonder what goes on in
Elias’ head when he soaks in this place. Slowly, she stepped into the hot spring, enjoying
its warmth as the steam covered her face.
She leaned on the stone wall and looked up at the starry sky. She started imagining that
Elias was right. beside her, enjoying this hot spring with her. “Does Elias use the hot spring
a lot?”
The maid froze for a moment. Confused, she pointed at herself. “Are you asking me,
miss?”
“I don’t see anyone else around.”
The maid mused for a moment. “Not frequently. He doesn’t come back a lot. This place is
a bit far from the company. He usually stays somewhere near his workplace.”
Rosie frowned. I see. Then egging the boy into moving into the estate was a smart move.
Even if Elias refuses to come back, he has to return for the boy. She continued, “So when
did he get married and have a son? The boy’s already a toddler, so I guess about five
years ago?”
The maid’s eyes went wide, and she shook her head. “Mr. Elias is married? We have no
idea. And he has a son? No one told us that. I’ve only been here for a year or so, so there’s
a lot I don’t know. No one around told me that he’s married.”
She’s been here for more than a year, and she has no idea he was married? So, it was a
secret marriage? That would explain why no one knows of it. The Winterses are so famous,
the whole world would be reporting Elias’ marriage. “Get my phone.”
The maid handed her phone over, and Rosie called her brother. It went through easily.
“So, finally decided to quit? Do you want to come back? I’ll tell the driver to pick you up.

“No. Taylor, do you know about Elias marriage? Did any news outlet report it?”
“No. If it weren’t for the fact that his son needed my bone marrow, I wouldn’t have found

So, it was indeed a secret marriage. Rosie hung up and fell into silence. A while later, she

A few days later, Aiden was allowed to leave the hospital, but he needed to rest at home.
He insisted on moving into the estate, so they took him there. Amanda didn’t want to live
there, so she said she would stay during the day and go home at nightfall.

“But you can’t. In a few days, alright?” Elias patiently cajoled his son.
Aiden held his mother’s hand and said. “No. I wanna do it right now. Right now,”
The car drove slowly into the manor and stopped by the path. The butler welcomed them.

The mention of the hot spring jogged the boy’s memory. He piped up. “I wanna use the
hot spring. Daddy. Hot spring!”
Hot spring? Amanda and Elias exchanged a look. What is he up to? First a bath, and now a
hot spring?
“Hot spring? Not now. Maybe when you’re more grown up,” said Amanda patiently.
However, Aiden threw a tantrum. “I want to bathe in the hot spring too! If that weird lady
can, why can’t I Mommy and I have never bathed in a hot spring before.”
Amanda froze for a moment, then she asked, “She told you she was going to use the hot
spring?”
“Yeah. Even asked me if I had experience. I don’t. Mommy, I want to bathe in a hot
spring…” No one could stop Aiden once he started throwing a tantrum.
Amanda stood up and looked at the silent Elias. “Can you figure out what she’s trying to
do?”
