corpse was not found? Do you want her death to be a certainty?”
“Mr. Winter, I still don’t understand what you mean.”
“Are there some things that I have to expose?”

Joe took a deep breath before he said, “You’ve already accomplished your goal, whether it was in the past or now.
Gale’s already jumped. Everyone in the city already knows about it. You should change your tactics.”
Right after Joe said that, he heard the sound of glass shattering on the other side.
“I’m sorry, I accidentally knocked something down,” Aurum said.
Listening closer, he could tell that his voice was a little shaky!
