Chapter 118 Win Kaylah’s Favor
Kaylah sneered and asked, “What do you think?”
“I think you are not that kind of person. There must be a misunderstanding.
“Why don’t you go to the hospital with me to explain this matter to Mrs. Galvan? Just say that you are not together so that Mrs. Galvan can feel relieved. Then she can be discharged.”
Kaylah looked pensive and smiled at Hendry.
“Did Cindy tell you that she will stay in the hospital as long as she doesn’t get over it?”
Hendry frowned. “Mrs. Galvan did not say that.”
“That’s what the doctor said.” Kaylah nodded, “Cindy and her daughter are really interesting. They want me to feel guilty. Do they think I have to obey them?”
“Kaylah, Mrs. Galvan is not that kind of person.”
“Is she not that kind of person? Or have you been deceived by them all the time and have never seen through them?” Kaylah sneered.
“I remember that back then, you only believed in Alondra and not me. What happened
in the end?”

apologize to you.”
Kaylah didn’t take his words seriously. “Wait for me here. I’ll go get something. Then we’ll go to the
hospital.”
Kaylah went to the room to send a text message to Aryan. Then she fetched something from the room
and came out.
“What did you get?” Hendry looked at her.
Kaylah didn’t intend to tell him. “A girl’s purse. Mr. Lowery, are you sure to meddle in
this?”
Hendry shut his mouth.
Kaylah chuckled and ignored him. “Let’s go.”
The two of them climbed down the stairs together. Looking at Kaylah’s thin back, Hendry could not help
but say, “This neighborhood is too old, and the facilities are not good. If possible, it is best to move to the
city. It is more convenient and safer there.”
After a pause, he added, “If you have a problem with the rent, you can come to me.”
Kaylah had come here to sketch. She would lose inspiration when she moved to other

She wouldn’t move away. She couldn’t help but roll her eyes and say, “You don’t have to worry about this, Mr. Lowery.”
“Did Aryan not give you money?” Hendry frowned.
Kaylah blinked and smiled, “You are really interesting. Just now, you said that you
believed that Aryan and I were not in that kind of relationship. Now, you said that Aryan
would not give me money. In fact, you have long believed that I was with Aryan. Why did you lie to me with those hypocritical words?”
Hendry fell silent after hearing what Kaylah said.
His reason told him that Kaylah would never be with Aryan. But at the same time, he had to doubt if Kaylah had nothing to do with Aryan.
If they were really together, could Hendry still win Kaylah’s favor?
Hendry didn’t know, so he subconsciously said those words to test her, but Kaylah

The car drove to the hospital. They were silent all the way.
“Is Aryan good to you?”
