Chapter 215 A Faint Sense of Unease
Sterling leaned back with both hands behind him, gazing at the girl in his arms with her soft black hair.
He touched the tip of his tongue to his lower incisors and asked, “Are you offering yourself to me?”
On his cold and handsome face, there was an undeniable hint of rogue and mischief.
Audrey felt both embarrassed and annoyed. The other boys were still teasing and laughing on the side.
She used both hands to try to climb. out of his embrace, but as soon as she stood up, he extended his
foot. and h ooked her back in.

He grabbed her slender waist with one hand.
She struggled.
A h oar se and dangerous voice rang above his head. “If you move again, you will bear the
consequences.”
Audrey stiffened her body and dared not move again.
Sterling didn’t do much, he just held her delicate hand, his index finger and thumb caressing her wrist.
“It itched!” She tried to pull her hand back.
He, however, held on tightly and chuckled softly, “So sensitive?”
Jase and the other male classmates couldn’t bear to watch anymore, one by one they stopped being
annoying third wheels.

He held her slender fingers, and his breath exhaled with a hint of warmth.
Audrey froze and didn’t dare to move, watching as he played with the hand he was holding. Her long
lashes trembled as she softly said, “You… have had too much to drink. Do you want to rest in the tent?”
“Did you accompany me?”
Audrey’s breath hitched.
“Sterling, we agreed not to…” she couldn’t continue her sentence.
He chuckled softly, increasing the pressure on her fingers.
Audrey dared not say anything anymore. A guy who had drunk too much alcohol was always difficult to
deal with!

Audrey and Chloe had a tent.
The two of them lay in the tent and chatted for a while before falling asleep. In the middle of the night.
Chloe needed to go to the bathroom. Seeing Audrey sleeping soundly beside her, she didn’t wake her
up.
Without turning on the lights, Chloe reached out and put on a coat to avoid disturbing Audrey.
Chloe found a place far away from the tent to settle.
The surroundings were lush with branches and leaves, occasionally accompanied by the crisp chirping
of birds from a distance and the sound of insects singing in the grass. Chloe gathered herself together

Just a few steps in, I discovered flickering fireflies in the dense forest.
A faint smell of tobacco wafted to the tip of the nose.

Chloe instinctively reached out her hand and grabbed hold of a cufflink, and then she felt the boy’s
shirt.
Among all the boys who came to the camping tonight, only Sterling wore a shirt.
Chloe’s heart thumped.
Although her mouth and nose were covered by someone, she could still smell the strong scent of
tobacco and alcohol on the boy.
Did Sterling drink too much and mistake someone?
Chloe suddenly remembered that she had taken the wrong jacket and was wearing Audrey’s.
With the dim nightfall, she bore a slight resemblance to Audrey, making it possible for him to mistake
her for someone else.
Chloe wanted to speak, but he grabbed her and forcefully covered her lips on an empty ground..

Sterling was nowhere to be found.

“When did you discover that he was not in the tent?”
“I woke up at five in the morning and saw his tent open, but I didn’t see him. He drank too much last
night, I wonder where he stumbled when he went out to relieve himself?”
