Kayson unleashed his power, and his darksoul materialized behind him. He grabbed the mental spear with his
bare hands, and a cold current of energy erupted from his hand, freezing and shattering the mental spear. He did
not destroy all of the mental power in the spear. Instead, he allowed a small portion of it to return to its owner
while he chased after it with his darksoul.
In the courtyard... Mr. Denn and the rest surrounded Master Rondo, who was sitting inside a magic circle.
Suddenly, they all saw blood flow out of the pores on his face, and they were shocked.

Master Rondo cracked his eyes open. He spurted out a mouthful of blood as his face turned pale with stock and
fear.

His body turned stiff as he fell backward and died. Mr. Denn and the rest still couldn't caround to their
senses after his death. “Master Rondo!?”
When they returned to their senses, Alfredo hurriedly went forward and put his finger over Master Rondo’s nose.
His face was filled with surprise as he said, “Sir, Master Rondo... He's dead!”
Mr. Denn’s face sank. “Master Rondo has failed? But how is that possible...” On the other side, Hansel felt a chill
down his spine as he looked at Master Rondo’s corpse. He still found it hard to believe that Kayson was able to
kill someone as powerful as Master Rondo.
