Chapter 1465 I Am A Doctor Myself
Rosalie was on her way to the hospital, and panic fluttered in her stomach. She stepped on the accelerator all the
way there and almost broke the traffic rules.
Although Lucian and Nox had been independent since they were infants, it was the first time Nox got injured.
Rosalie was worried thinking about it.
She parked the car and strode into the hospital when she arrived.
Miss Leigh Ann was kind enough to send her a message about the building and department they were in when she
arrived at the hospital with Nox.
Rosalie did not spend much time getting over to them.
"Mommy!"
Lucian could hold back no more when he saw his mommy. He grabbed his mommy so hard that Rosalie felt pain.

Rosalie comforted the little ones by touching their heads. Then, she looked at Miss Leigh Ann. "Miss Leigh Ann, how
is Nox now?"
Miss Leigh Ann apologized. "We aren't sure about his condition now. The doctor in our infirmary said it might be a
bruised cartilage and a strained ligament. Nox is in the X-ray room now." 1
Rosalie felt sorry for her son upon hearing that.
"Miss Jacobs, I'm sorry about Nox getting injured. We should've paid closer attention to the kids."
The principal quickly apologized to Rosalie, "Originally, we wanted to let the children build up their relationship with
their peers by organizing a sports day. We didn't expect this to happen. However, we promise we'll never let the
kids do dangerous sports anymore."
Rosalie looked at her two other kids to get confirmation of what the principal said.
After what happened with Wendy drugging the kids, she had always been a little more concerned about the little
ones.
Estelle's eyes were red, and she was too anxious to speak.
Lucian was considered calm, and he nodded. "We were hopping on one leg. Nox was behind us, and we're not sure
why he fell."
Rosalie was only relieved after Lucian confirmed what the principal told her. Then, she said to the principal, "Don't
blame yourself. It's normal for kids to get hurt during sports. It's fine as long as the injury isn’t serious."
Nox came out with the doctor holding his hand.
At the sight of his mommy, the little boy’s tears rolled down uncontrollably again. He threw himself into his
mommy's embrace in grief.
"Boo-hoo... Mommy, it hurts!"
Rosalie observed the little one's wounded hand.
There was only a blood-stained scratch from the wrist to the palm. It was swollen.

"Don't be afraid. Mommy's here. The pain will be gone soon, sweetheart."
Then, she carried the little boy and approached the doctor. "Doctor, how is Nox’s injury? Can I take a look at the X-
ray film?"
The doctor, of course, would not refuse. He handed her the X-ray film and explained, "The injury is on the tissue.
However, children's pain tolerance level is not as good as adults, and it’ll hurt for quite some time."
Rosalie observed the X-ray and frowned.
The injury was so severe that she could imagine how suddenly Nox fell.
Since she was a doctor herself, she had taught them what to do to prevent serious injuries.
Nox must have not remembered because the fall was too sudden.
She suspected it was not that simple.
"I recommend that the kid stays in the ward for a few days and then be discharged if he recovers well.”
The doctor's words lingered in Nox's ears.
"I don't want to stay in the ward," Nox whimpered as he refused.
Rosalie appeased the little boy and rejected the doctor's suggestion. "It's okay. I’m a doctor myself, and I can take
care of him. Thank you for everything, doctor."
