Benedict was puzzled. "Why? You're Estie's grandmother. Why wouldn’t she let you visit Estie? Is there any
misunderstanding between you and her?"
Melody sighed sadly. 'What misunderstanding can there be? She has had a grudge against me since she left six
years ago. After she returned, I tried to get Wendy to marry Byron and restricted her from meeting Byron. I guess
she hates me because of that."

That was all Benedict could think of.
Byron knew that his mother would have told his father something, but he did not anticipate this.

Rosalie about it, and you can visit her anytime.”
Benedict wanted to see it and agreed without hesitation when Byron suggested this. "Okay. I'll pick Estie up from
kindergarten tomorrow."
