Chapter 3672 Forge Door

"Finally, something good," I said with a big smile on my face.

The explosion was power, and it had brought out something that was hidden before. It was so deeply hidden, that even my soul sense, infused with forbidden power, wasn't able to see it.

It is a brown-stone door, big enough that a man twice my size could walk through.

It is without a crack and even a formation couldn't be seen on it. That didn't affect my mood at all.

'If I am not, then this is likely the forge door,' I thought. There is not enough information about it to be a clear guess, but if I were to make any, then it would be that.

I wanted to go toward it immediately, but I controlled myself.

I had sent the soul sense there because I wanted to avoid that area, but since I want to go there now.

I will have to wait.

It had been only a few minutes since the explosion and things were still unstable there. It will be a while before they calm down enough that I can go there without any fear.

However, waiting uselessly isn't an option either when I need to solve the formation to open that gate because I don't have a key.

Like all doors, it requires the key. A medallion would have been fine if it was still connected to the central grid, but that degraded hundreds of thousands of years ago.

I decided to take a risk.

I took a deep breath, and a string came out of me. A single string, invisible without any aura. It is so invisible, that even Sky Sovereigns soul sense wouldn't be able to discover it.

The string moved down, with its size, it took less than a minute to reach the door.

As it did, it faintly touched it and the formation activated in my armor, sending out a pulse of energy down to the string, before it reached the end of the string and entered the door.

A couple of seconds later, the pulse came back, much weaker.

Like before, it traveled through the string, before entering inside me to my core, where my clone immediately decoded it.

Seeing the formation, a smile couldn't help but appear on my face, but soon it turned serious. The formation isn't easy, it would be said to be quite difficult; I would need to use all my clones to solve it.

It would be a little faster with me joining and this time, I had even felt an interest in doing it, but I won't.

It is too dangerous. I need to be out and alert to deal with any threat that comes with it. If I focused on solving formation, I would be defenseless against any formation.

So, I handed the formation to my clones, while I stayed alert for any danger.

I only stayed in my place for an hour, before I moved. I didn't descend but moved around. It is dangerous and I shouldn't take such a risk when I find such a big thing, but I couldn't stay in one place.

It is going to take hours to solve the formation.

My soul waves have found a few interesting things, and I am going to check them out.

Time passed, and I checked out things one after another; moving around the huge cavity that is in the center.

I found some interesting things, including the elemental crystals, a few pieces of rare metals, and an interesting soul.

It was not from here. If I am not wrong, it had come out of someone's storage and remained here for thousands of years, absorbing the heat energies.

On the outside, it looked like a common soil and even a casual scan of soul sense couldn't see anything special about it, but I did, and I have to say, it surprised me.

The number of energies the soul contains is far more than the elemental crystals on the floor.

I don't know what, but it will be useful to me.

Thirteen hours passed and my clones had yet to solve the formation. They are clones, in an hour or two they will be finished; I hope finish soon.

With more time to pass, I moved around. Now and then, I would look around. From some places, I would catch a glimpse of the night sky.

It is a night and at this time, I wouldn't have been able to stay outside, but here it is fine. The energies of the outside are blocked in this place, even when nearly all the formations have been destroyed.

I am glad it is blocking the energy because I don't want to use an abode in a place like this, but it is also the place I would hide if shit hit the plan here.

Earlier, when the explosion rang out so close, I had the abode ready. If I had felt like I would die staying out, I would have entered my abode.Thɪs chapter is updated by (ꜰ)ir(e).nᴇt

It is the only thing that gives me some confidence in surviving here.

An hour and a half passed, and a smile appeared on my face. They did it; they had solved the formations.

Seeing that, I had wasted no time and walked toward it.

I am a little distance away and it took me, nearly an hour to reach it, but I did.

I didn't immediately start and looked at the door first. It is made of thick brown stone. It is not a natural rock, but one forged and it is a job of Lv. 7 artificer, from what I could tell.

The door is plain, aside from the emblem of the hammer on it. It is what made me think it was forge rooms; it is a mark found on them.

I placed my hand over it, not touching it.

As I did, a violet formation came out and covered the door. I used the best formation ink, I have and hoped that is enough.

Buzz!

The formation buzzed, and a relief flooded into my eyes, before clearing my emotion.

I took a deep breath and pushed open the door. The moment I did, I froze, seeing the first thing inside.
