started talking on the phone with him. Unexpectedly, she saw Ava running out of the apartment while sobbing after

a while. Madeline quickly hung up the call with Jeremy and ran to Ava after getting out of the car.

Madeline held Ava close, feeling distressed. She did not say anything anymore.

have broken up with her lover.

anymore. She got into the car silently and was quiet the entire journey. Madeline brought Ava home, and Jeremy

was already waiting in the living room. At first glance, he could tell that Ava’s complexion was not right. He wanted

to ask, but when he saw the look in Madeline's eyes, he obediently picked up his youngest son and stood at one
