Zephyr began to pester her and hugged her tightly from the back with his chin resting on her shoulder.

The man smirked. “Give me a chance to prove myself. Let me make some cigarette money!”
“Zephyr, you—”
Before Cordelia could say more, she was picked up by Zephyr, and he darted into the bedroom.

He was not listening to her at all as he took off his clothes and hid them both under the covers.

“I mean it.” He looked into her eyes. “If you think it’s hard to enter my world, then stand there and stay there. I’ll
come to you.
“Cordelia, it’s the same whoever moves. Because we both know that none of us will just stand there. We’ll run
toward each other.”

Cordelia stretched her arms to hug his neck and kissed him on the lips.
