Cordelia walked up to Yelena silently and grabbed her arm.
Yelena was about to shout at her, but Cordelia shut her up with a glare.

“You look tired.” He sat beside her and placed his hand on her forehead. “Are you sick?”
Cordelia shook her head and let out a bitter smile. “Maybe it’s because of the hot weather, so I look a
bit tired. Are you hungry? I’ll go make us dinner.”
“Ah, you don’t have to.” Marcus pushed her back on the couch.
He realized that she had lost quite a lot of weight. He could even feel her shoulder blades with his
palm, and an idea popped into his head.
“Cordelia, why don’t we eat out today?”
She blinked and asked, “Where are we going then?”
