Noticing the lust in Tyler's eyes, Vicky realized she had been talking to Tyler with only a bathrobe tied loosely around

her body. She quickly tightened the bathrobe around herself.

"Isn't that a little too late?" Tyler asked as he leaned down to put his lips an inch from her face. "Or have you come

up with a new way to seduce me?"

"Tyler, I promise I'll terminate the contract with Gilbert, so please leave right now," said Vicky in a tone that was

both ashamed and annoyed.

She did not know when he got into her home, but judging from what he said, it seemed like she came home later

than he did. 'Does that mean he was here while I was taking a shower?'

She could not help but shudder at the thought of that.

Tyler ignored her pleadings and looked around the room absent-mindedly. "So your boyfriend doesn't live with you,

huh?"

"Tyler, get out of my house this instant!"

"I haven't checked out the other rooms yet, so why don't you give me a tour?"

'What?! Does he think my house is a museum?' thought Vicky angrily. 'Wait a minute... I was going to call the cops

before the news about Gilbert distracted me.'

She glanced at Tyler before unlocking her phone to call 911.

Knowing what she was about to do, Tyler did not stop her. In fact, he remained unfazed.

As soon as Vicky unlocked her phone, more news headlines jumped out at her.

Vicky stared blankly at her screen. She did not even dare to scroll down for more bad news.

It was only a little more than an hour since the scandal broke out, yet all the brands and companies were

terminating their contracts with Gilbert. They did not even give him a chance to give his side of the story. The speed

of it all made it difficult for anyone to believe no one was pulling some strings behind the scenes.

Vicky slowly raised her head to look at Tyler.

He smiled the moment their eyes met. "Weren't you going to call the cops? Why stop now?"

"Tyler, what exactly do you want?"

Tyler looked around and replied indifferently, "Well, I wouldn't mind a tour around the house first."

Vicky stared into his eyes and finally gave in. "Wait here while I get changed."

Tyler pulled her hand. "What's the point? It's not like I haven't seen you naked before."

Vicky balled her hands into fists.

"Besides..." His deep melodious voice sounded in her ear again. "You won't be wearing the bathrobe much longer,

so why bother?"

Vicky looked at him in disbelief.

"Why do you look so shocked?" he asked with a smirk. "Do you really think I've only come here to hang out?"

Vicky closed her eyes for a second to compose herself before finally showing him around the apartment.

The apartment was around 3,000 square feet and had everything one would need to live comfortably. She had a

study room, a walk-in wardrobe, a mini gym, a movie theater, and much more.

There really was not much to see, yet it took them more than 30 minutes to finish touring the whole apartment.
