it? Even if you were to sell this maid, it wouldn't cover the cost of this dress." Aurora then raised her chin and
continued, "Besides, this dress is unique, and its worth can't be measured by money alone. Do you think I'll just let it
go like that?"
Vicky pondered for a few seconds. "Miss Starling, didn't you just say that you found my dress beautiful? How about
this? I'll personally tailor a dress for you as compensation, free of charge. What do you think?"
Aurora glanced at the dress Vicky was wearing. In terms of design and style, Vicky's dress was indeed a cut above
hers.
Aurora was a noble young lady and would not make a scene at the banquet, risking her own image. After thinking
for a moment, Aurora said," Fine." She glanced at her own dress and added, "Get me a change of clothes first."

Vicky knew that Aurora misunderstood her question as prying for information about Tyler, so she fell into silence.
There were rooms upstairs meant for guests. Vicky was about to bring Aurora to one of the rooms when Aurora
suddenly stopped and commanded, "I'm going to rest first. Find me a change of clothes in my size and bring it to
me."
Vicky agreed, "Sure. Which room should I have it delivered to?"
Aurora named a room number before striding off proudly.
Vicky arrived at the walk-in closet and picked out a suitable dress for Aurora, before heading to the room Aurora
mentioned.
She knocked on the door and said, "Miss Starling, I'm here to deliver your clothes."
No one came to the door. There was no response at all.
Vicky tried knocking again, but the outcome was the same, causing her to scowl.
