This was his and his mother's house, and Elliot, Avery's former husband, was an outsider. Hayden did not intend on hiding in his room.
The nanny was surprised to see Hayden out and about, but she was still relieved. She went into the living room, and when she remembered that Elliot was has well, she gasped, wondering if the two would fight like they did the night before.
"Hayden, why don't we go out for a walk? You haven't cout the whole day..." The nanny made an attempt to lure Hayden away.
