Agnes went back to her room first, feeling like a huge rock was pressing down on her heart, filled with complicated
emotions.
Jared must’ve been extremely angry just now. But Agnes didn’t understand, since he had restarted his life with
Valeria, why was he still hung up on Agnes‘ love life?
Maybe it was because Jared still hated her.
Agnes felt a headache coming.

Ryder said, “Don’t worry, I checked his wound earlier, it’s not too deep, it should be fine after disinfection.”

“I came back just to see you.”

Ryder left the room, but didn’t go to Cilian.
He went to Valeria’s room.
Valeria’s door was open.
In the room, Valeria had just finished treating Jared’s hand and was packing up the first aid box.
