“Gisselle!”
Gisselle said, “Samara must have been blind to love you for ten years.” Chaim heard that, and he
responded in a strange way. Gisselle realized at that moment that she shouldn’t have said that.
So, Gisselle stopped talking. After making a scene, she was just going to walk away.
Chaim tried to stop Gisselle, but when he stretched out his hand, he could not touch Gisselle.
“Reid, stop her!”

Chaim had seen Reid being kicked by Gisselle. Chaim looked down at Reid and then looked around. “Do

Gisselle barged in the middle of the meeting. The senior managers of Ansoft Technology there were all
stunned. They froze
when they saw Gisselle throwing things at Chaim.
They collected themselves after Chaim yelled at them. And then, those managers walked away with their
heads down.
Chaim glanced at Reid. “Come in.”
Reid’s heart trembled. And a shiver ran down his spine.
Chaim walked into his office. Reid looked up at Chaim. Reid sighed and followed Chaim.
“Close the door.”
Chaim frowned and looked at Reid with disdain.
Reid quickly turned around and closed the door. Then he walked to Chaim and said, “Mr. Humphrey?”
Reid knew that he had failed to do his job. Gisselle ran upstairs and made a big scene here. And he
failed to stop her.
It made Reid’s blood run cold to think of that.
Chaim glanced at Reid. “Did you hear what Gisselle said just now?”
Reid was stunned. He thought he had heard Chaim wrong. And then, when Reid met Chaim’s cold eyes,

It was impossible for Reid not to hear what Gisselle had just said. After all, Gisselle was really loud.

expression. Reid realized that Chaim was not joking. Reid then carefully repeated what Gisselle had just
said word by word. “What kind of man are you, Chaim? Are you…”
“Skip the insulting part of her speech!”
Chaim interrupted Reid as soon as Reid began to repeat Gisselle’s words.
