"I can't. School's starting soon, and I need to head back," Flora said, thinking of the upcoming semester.

"Alright then," Lando replied, feeling a bit bitter. He accused Flora of prioritizing love over friendship in his mind. Raul was overjoyed, beaming from ear to ear. It wasn't about the gifts themselves, but the thought behind them. "Great, con in, dinner will be ready soon," he said.

While waiting, Henrik brought out two plates of chilled watermelon.

"Bro, you're the best!" Flora laughed, spearing a piece with a fork and savoring it.

Connor went to help in the kitchen, while Flora, without a care, sprawled on the sofa, eating watermelon and scrolling through her phone. She had posted a status update when she landed, and her phone was buzzing with messages.

"Connor, I want swater!" Flora called out, feeling the need for something less sweet after all the watermelon.

Soon, the meal was served, filled with Flora's favorite dishes. Raul and Henrik kept piling food onto her plate, worried she wouldn't eat enough.

"Dad, Flora was only gone for a month. Is all this fuss necessary?" Henrik asked, amused Raut, hardly eating himself, just watched Floral with misty eyes, making Henrik both laugh and cry.

"It is necessary! My daughter is worth it!" Raul huffed. "As if you weren't the one constantly asking when Flora would be back."
