Huston brought Lucas to the most famous breakfast cafe in Jewel City, Peace Lounge. The owner of
the cafe was a skilled chef specializing in regional cuisine. He had a particular fondness for Chinese

during busy times.
The car drove steadily, and inside the cabin, silence prevailed. No one spoke, yet it didn’t feel

After parking the car, Huston wasted no time and went straight to the child’s side, assisting him out of
the car. Once Lucas stood firmly, Huston didn’t rush

Cakes, and Curry Fish Balls. All of them were Evelyn’s favorites. He still remembered how many
servings she had had when they dined together in the past.
At the thought of these memories, the man’s gaze unconsciously softened. He ordered all the dishes
she loved, regardless of the fact that she wasn’t actually present.
After the waiter took note of their order and left the- private room, only the father and son remained.
Huston picked up the water cup in front of Lucas, poured a cup of warm water, and handed it to him.

“Yes!” Lucas nodded, “My godmother told me about an amazing animated film that we had planned to
watch together, but unfortunately, I moved away from there.”
