Evelyn bought two Monday flight tickets, which are economy seats. They didn’t bring much luggage,
only a big box in total. When they arrived at the departure gate to get the tickets, they were told by the
staff that their plane tickets had been upgraded and there were two business seats.
Evelyn frowned and thought that the staff had made a mistake. “Sorry, we bought economy class.

“Miss Shelton, your plane ticket has indeed been upgraded.”
