Chapter 519 The Trial Is Approaching
Evelyn didn’t know how she managed to endure the two nights in the detention center. All she knew
was that her legs felt weak when someone mentioned taking her out.
Due to the dampness in the room, the unappetizing meals, and the inadequate supply of nutrients
needed during pregnancy, her body became extremely weak.

covered.

never done. This was her principle.
The police officer was a man in his early thirties. When he heard
this, he looked at Evelyn with more admiration. Many men did not dare to do so. “We respect your
choice.”
Two police officers supported her, one on each side, as she stepped out of the car. As soon as she
exited the vehicle, the camera flashes started flickering rapidly. The entrance of the courthouse
instantly turned into a dazzling sea of lights, with the brightness overwhelming.

Evelyn almost couldn’t open her eyes. She stretched out her hand to block it slightly, and then she was
