Before Huston could think further, the phone in his hand. vibrated. He looked down and saw that it was
Matt Harrison calling.
Huston picked up the call. Matt sounded anxious on the other end of the line. “Where are you? I called
you many times, but you didn’t answer. I thought you had been dissected by Kevin! Do you know that
something big has happened?”
Having been with Matt for so many years, Huston had never heard him so anxious. He realized the

was extremely gloomy. “Tell them that Evelyn is my woman. If anyone makes things difficult for her,

The smile on Kevin’s face disappeared. He had a feeling that Huston would return home to collect his
