Isn't my confusion when it comes to Gabriel because | refuse to let go of the past? Because I'm still fighting the man | know, and | keep comparing
him to the boy | used to know? | couldn't help but think about her words for the rest of lunch. Letty had given both me and Ava food for thought. | could see it in Ava’s eyes.
