Ian was really inexperienced in coaxing people. In his life, he had only interacted with Kelly. He did not know

sat up.

Thinking of her wet forehead from earlier, Kelly felt a lingering fear. If they continued to get along like this, Ian

might not be able to control his emotions and attack her.

non–stop.

During this time, the twin sisters heard the commotion and stuck their heads out to ask, “Mr. Walter, did Kelly close

the door on you?”

Ian did not say anything.

The older sister among the sisters was a little timid and tugged at her younger sister. However, her younger sister

was bold and was not afraid at all. Instead, she widened her eyes and asked curiously, “Did you quarrel?”

Ian remained silent.
