“David, we won’t be leaving anytime soon, right?” Jimmy handed the pork skewers to Mary and gestured for her to

try them.

Mary was stunned for a moment and quickly reached out to take it.

“Yeah,” David replied indifferently. He handed Rachel the bottle of coffee that he had placed a straw into. “What’s

the matter?”

“Aren’t we targeting the plots of land around South Valley?” Jimmy asked calmly.

Rachel leaned lazily on David’s shoulders and fell asleep after she got into the car.

“Sleep well.” David wrapped his arms around her waist and lowered his head to kiss her forehead.

Rachel was really exhausted.

When she opened her eyes again, it was already nine in the morning.

After changing her clothes, she got up and went downstairs to eat.

morning because he had something on. He specially instructed us not to wake you up.”

Rachel nodded and continued sipping her soup.

“I have a private matter to attend to. You don’t have to follow me.” Rachel glanced at Chris before bending over

and getting into the car.
