An Understated Dominance by Marina Vittori Chapter 1188
The captain immediately snapped out of his stupor. He quickly went forward and cowered. He showed
his respect, and his voice trembled as he said, “Grandmaster Rhys, I take full responsibility. Please
forgive me.
Suddenly, a thunderous cry rang out. What in the world are you doing?” Quincey and a group of top
martial arts alliance members entered the arena. When he saw the captain and Wayne in such an
embarrassing position, his expression darkened.
“You are a disgrace! Your actions have brought shame to our alliance!” Quincey stormed toward the

The two severely beaten people, feeling unjustly treated, hesitated to retaliate. They wondered if asking
a grandmaster for mercy had been a mistake or if they should just accept their fate.
“Mr. Reeds, this is Grandmaster Rhys. The one who has challenged Sir Reeds, “Wayne said nervously.
He hoped Quincey would forgive him. Quincey angrily exclaimed, “You still dare to speak?” He
continued to slap Wayne.
He added, “Anyone who challenges our alliance leader is considered an enemy. Showing respect to
such an enemy is an act of cowardice!”
“I… .” Wayne’s face grew somber, but he refrained from speaking. He silently lamented, “Fuck you! It’s
easy for you to say, but would you dare mess with a grandmaster? You’d regret it even more.”
Quincey vented his anger and then glared hatefully at Dustin. “Are you Dustin Rhys?”
“Yes.” Dustin nodded. “And who are you?”
Quincey’s words carried anger and a subtle threat. “I’m Quincey Reeds, the elder of the martial arts
alliance.
“You committed an unforgivable crime last night by killing my son. And now, you challenge our alliance
leader, disobeying the law.”
“Quincey Reeds?” Dustin raised an eyebrow. “So, Ronald is your brother, and Ray is your son?”
“That’s right!” Quincey gritted his teeth. “You’ve walked into the lion’s den. Today, I will bring justice for

“You want to kill me? Do you have the ability to do that?” Dustin scoffed.
“I expected your arrival and set a trap. You will not escape today.” Quincey took a step back, raised his
hand, and gestured for his men. “Three Guardians, capture this criminal immediately!”
Suddenly, three mysterious figures emerged from the ground. They leaped over thirty feet in the air and
circled around Dustin.
These figures wore black robes and faceless masks. They exuded a chilling presence that caused
temperatures to drop.
The martial artists nearby were stunned and quickly backed away to distance themselves. Those who
were slow immediately felt a chill. It made them shiver uncontrollably. Lyn, Toddy, and a few others,
standing near Dustin, were especially affected. They were frozen in place.
“Oh no! The Three Guardians are all after Dustin. He’s in trouble!” Josie said anxiously.
